BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Investigators are still looking for some stolen property, but the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office charged two people for the recent break-ins at the Olde Fort Golf Course in the Winnabow area.
Detectives arrested Michael David Nucci, 23, of the 9000 block of Sykes Street, and Nathan Atlas Hale, 16, of the 2000 block of Davis Street, on Thursday.
A month-long investigation led detectives to Nucci’s home, according to Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Del Routh. Both subjects were reportedly found with stolen property at the residence.
Both of the Winnabow residents were charged with four counts of felony breaking and entering and four counts of larceny after breaking and entering.
The investigation is still ongoing. A club car and white golf cart are also still missing, Routh said.
Anyone with more information should call Detective Justin Stadler or Detective Tate Bond at 910-253-2777.
