BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Kids all across Brunswick County who want to get involved with the Cub Scouts will all be able to join the organization on the same night.
On Thursday, September 6 at 6:30 p.m. there will be information sessions for students and parents at several elementary schools in the county.
Here are the schools that will be host the sessions:
According to scout leaders in Brunswick County, last year they were able to bring 350 new families to the scouting program in the county.
The event is part of the Cape Fear Council’s fall campaign. It’s an effort to give all boys in first through fifth grade the chance to join Cub Scouts.
