Residents invited to attend public hearing | Community Spirit

BELVILLE, NC (WECT) – The Belville Planning Board will meet for a public hearing Tuesday, Dec. 4, according to the town’s website.

The purpose of the meeting is to review and report on text amendments of the Zoning Ordinance.

“The intent of the proposed text amendments is to make administrative, syntactical revisions to the text and to regulate, in the interest of public safety and general welfare, the use of golf carts within the Town limits,” reads the website.

Anyone interested in hearing or commenting on the proposed text amendments are welcome to attend the meeting, and preliminary drafts of the amendments will be available at town hall prior to the meeting.
