All blood types needed for blood drive | Community Spirit

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – People with all blood types are needed for an upcoming blood drive sponsored by the Brunswick County Government, according to the county’s website. http://www.brunsco.net/

The drive will take place Friday, Dec. 14 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

To schedule an appointment to donate blood, or for more information, call Andrea White at 910-253-2016, or email her at awhite@brunsco.net. You can also schedule an appointment at www.redcrossblood.org.

Donors are reminded to bring their blood donor cards or photo IDs to their appointments.

Additionally, T-shirts will be given to donors, and all donors will be entered into an American Red Cross drawing to win a $1,000 gift card.

The event will take place in the Training Room of the Cooperative Extension Building (Bldg. N), located at 25 Referendum Drive in Bolivia.
