BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office, Dosher Memorial Hospital and the Leland Police Department are teaming together to hold a prescription pill drop off soon, according to a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office.
The event is taking place Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A mobile drop off site will be set up in front of the Leland Walmart, where the public is invited to bring unused, expired prescription medication to be safely disposed of.
