LELAND, NC (WECT) – If you’re looking for a fun way to exercise, Leland Parks and Recreation will soon be offering a new workout class called Body Sculpting, according to a news release from a parks and rec. spokesperson.
The class, which welcomes participants of all fitness levels, is described as “a challenging full-body workout combining cardio bursts, athletic drills and strength training exercises using hand weights.”
The cost is $95 for the entire eight-week program, which starts Jan. 14, and gift certificates are available.
The classes will be held at the Leland Recreation Building.
Pre-registration is required, and attendees are asked to bring a water bottle, exercise mat and a towel.
