Commissioners expected to approve $100k in loans | News
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Commissioners in Brunswick County are expected to approve a $100,000 loan for a couple of fire departments in the area.
During their meeting Monday night, commissioners will likely approve giving loans to the Northwest and Navassa Fire Departments.
The $70,000 loan in Navassa will go towards a new metal building, while a $30,000 loan to Northwest will help pay for its new fire station.
