KFC franchises plan to donate funds to CIS of Brunswick County

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – According to the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce, area Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises will be hosting a fundraiser event on Tuesday, April 5 from 4-8:30 p.m.

The money raised during the sales will be donated to Communities in Schools of Brunswick County.

Participating KFC’s that will donate 10% of their sales are in Leland, Shallotte and Southport.

KFC agrees to donate 10% of sales to Communities in Schools of Brunswick County

LELAND, NC (WECT) – Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises in Brunswick County are going to donate money to an organization that helps children.

A “Dine out for Kids” fundraiser event for Communities in Schools of Brunswick County will be held on Tuesday, April 5 from 4-8:30 p.m. at several participating KFC restaurants.

The following KFC franchises have agreed to donate 10% of their sales, plus any donations to CIS:

  • 104 Village Road in Leland
  • 348 Whiteville Road in Shallotte
  • 4921 Long Beach Road in Southport
